AsherGate provides workflow software and AI-assisted tools for companies learning federal contracting. The platform helps users organize company information, store solicitation files, prepare document drafts, track activity, and coordinate next steps.
AsherGate is not a government portal, SAM.gov replacement, marketplace, broker-dealer, bank, law firm, or compliance advisor. Proposal analysis and bid submission are not connected yet.
2. User Responsibility
Users are solely responsible for evaluating eligibility, registrations, solicitation requirements, proposal contents, licenses, permits, and compliance obligations before pursuing or submitting a federal opportunity.
Users must consult qualified legal, financial, and procurement professionals as appropriate.
3. AI-Assisted Features
AI outputs may include summaries, missing information checks, next-step suggestions, and explanations of contracting terms. AI outputs are informational only and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific opportunity.
AsherGate does not claim that AI verifies eligibility, approves proposals, or guarantees award outcomes.
4. Account and Company Data
Users must provide accurate account, company, and workspace information. Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate access controls within their organization and for ensuring that uploaded documents may lawfully be shared through the platform.
5. Prohibited Conduct
- Do not use AsherGate to misrepresent company identity, authority, eligibility, or proposal status.
- Do not upload false, forged, misleading, infringing, unlawful, or malicious content.
- Do not use AsherGate to evade procurement rules, export controls, anti-money laundering requirements, anti-bribery laws, or other applicable legal obligations.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, authorization, storage restrictions, rate limits, or security controls.
6. No Award Guarantee
AsherGate does not guarantee eligibility, award, financing, or legal compliance. Use of the platform does not submit a bid or create a contract with any government agency.
7. Changes and Support
We may update these Terms as the product, laws, or business requirements change. Continued use of AsherGate after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
